As Compliance Analyst (m/f/d) you will play a key role within our Compliance Team in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Compliance and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML)/ Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) Compliance Officer of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and other key stakeholders to monitor, analyse, and respond to regulatory developments
  • Review and update Compliance documentation, such as policies and procedures
  • Perform controls testing according to the Compliance Monitoring Program, ensuring adherence to Luxembourg regulations
  • Perform Know-your-costumer (KYC)-checks and sanction screenings
  • Monitor timely and accurate regulatory reporting to both local and foreign authorities for the AIFM and in-house funds
  • Support with the drafting of reports to Board of Managers Directors, Senior Management and other stakeholders
  • Support with the review of marketing materials and support the business to perform compliant marketing activities

What we look for:

  • Degree in law or economics or a comparable qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience in Compliance and AML ideally within the asset management sector
  • Solid experience in regulatory topics such as Compliance, AML, CFT, asset management is essential
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for asset management
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with sanction screening systems is a plus
  • A pragmatic, reliable and diligent working style
  • Proven self-starter and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, any other language will be considered as an asset
